After the terrorist attack on the USS Cole, we immediately commenced R & D on a system for force protection of docked Naval vessels.

The first step was to work in conjunction with  the Naval Facilities Engineering Command to produce a demarcation float for the Naval Station in Norfolk, Va.

This system was developed and installed at the Norfolk Naval Station in 2003.

Working with the same team of professionals we developed the Barrier system which will be leading edge technology for pier and ship protection for both the navy and other waterfront facilities

The first  Barrier has recently been installed at the Norfolk, Va Naval Station
